I have just completed my mammoth dissertation which was a comparison of digital and printed children's book and an exploration into whether digital is set to replace print. It is a really exciting subject, and I have attempted to visualise the two formats using this tortoise and hare metaphor. In reality I am very fond of both formats, and hopefully there is a place in the future for both of them on a child's bookshelf.
