Supermarket Puppets - Evolved Shoppers

Recently I worked with a fantastic group of people and we produced 3 puppets showing what we thought would happen if our bodies evolved to suit the super convenient supermarkets that you never need to leave... The graphic designers and illustrators were Oliver Friedman, Georgie McAusland, Rosie Palmer, Jack Phillips, Sam Carroll, Esther Chang, Chengxuan Wu, (and me!) All of Kingston University.

Tesco express man, built for speed and with specially adapted sling-arm for storing small amounts of food.

Old woman Waitrose, with claw hand enabling optimum trolly pushing.
The unfortunate Iceland shopper, perfectly evolved for cold climates and freezer access.
